Stuttgart. Porsche takes the new 911 GT3 off the leash. The seventh edition of this high-performance sports car was also developed in close collaboration with Porsche Motorsport. It transfers pure racing technology into a production model even more consistently than ever before: the double wishbone front axle layout and sophisticated aerodynamics with swan neck rear wing and striking diffuser originate from the successful GT race car 911 RSR and the 375 kW (510 PS) four-litre six-cylinder boxer engine is based on the drivetrain of the 911 GT3 R, tried and tested in endurance racing. The acoustically impressive, high-revving engine is also used practically unchanged in the new 911 GT3 Cup. The result is a brilliant driving machine: efficient and emotional, precise and high-performance – perfect for the circuit and superb for everyday use.

The 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Avventura to Galdhøpiggen, Norway! /  by Nicholas Kauffmann

We have driven the Alfa Romeo Stelvio on a 1,106 km roadtrip to highest mountain in Norway! Parking the car at 1,850 meters before walking to 2,469 meters after passing the stunning glacier Styggebrean.

We picked up the Alfa Romeo at the local Alfa Romeo dealer in Stavanger, Rogaland Autocenter. Paul at Alfa gave us the stunning grey Stelvio with the 280 HP engine for our test drive.

Our first day brought us north to a great location at Lerdalsøren Hotel in Lærdalsøyri. This is an old classic norwegian building from 1880 that has 5 rooms. The owner of the hotel has a big passion for cars so it was no coincidence that this was the hotel we wanted to stay at.

Our first day we arrived late in the evening at Lærdalsøyri bringing us passed stunning locations like the Hardanger fjord, Folgefonna Glacier, Voss, Aurland fjord, Flåm, the Lærdal tunnel with 24,5 km and finally Lærdalsøyri. Check out the photos taken in the Lærdalstunnel!

This year we decided to cut down on the amount of kilometers to be driven av order a BMW M2 to drive for the week! 2 days before our trip we got a confirmation from Sixt.de that the M2 Competition was waiting for us! Thanks to Sixt our dreamcar was ours for a week!

Our trip starts in Berlin Friday the 4th of October! After one nights sleep we get in the BMW M2 Competition and head towards Ingolstadt to visit the Audi Headquarters with the Audi museum!
